CRM Business Analyst - Sr Management Consultant

We are looking to hire CRM Business Analyst - Sr Management Consultant to join our Federal Practice in Arlington, VA. The analyst team will assist the government to work with the stakeholders to understand business issues and opportunities and works with the developers to identify what technologies might best meet that need. Along the project life-cycle, analysts may also be involved with system testing and training.
Responsibilities:
Translates and oversees the translation of business requirements into system requirements.
Manage the analyst team that interfaces with stakeholders in order to obtain, analyze, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems.
Oversee the work product of the analysts and establish and maintain standards for these work products.
Establish normal work procedures/business process for the team so that requirements are accurately and consistently captured and documented.
Work with the architecture and development team leads to ensure effective hand-offs of requirements from the analyst team to the other teams.
Work with the Requirements Systems Administrator to define the templates used by the analyst team.
May oversee work of Analysts on other specific tasks.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Must successfully complete a stringent Background Investigation and obtain the required Government Security (Active DHS clearance is a plus - U.S. Citizenship is a requirement).
5 years
related experience including some team lead and/or project management responsibilities
Preferred
Experience: Big 5 consulting experience and CRM project experience (Microsoft Dynamics CRM ideal). Also, more preferential consideration may be given to those with previous experience performing systems testing and/or training (may include creating training documentation).
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the design of moderately complex information systems so that functional issues may be understood and business requirements can be properly defined for software development.
Can conduct trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements.
Has, or can quickly develop, a working understanding of the applicable programming languages, operating systems and databases that will be used on the projects and programs.
Demonstrate outstanding leadership skills and both written and verbal communication skills.
You demonstrate the ability to interact comfortably with Senior Leadership and/or Government Executives and staff on a day-to-day basis.
You are a self-starter who can provide client solutions with minimal instructions and can run independently on projects.
You thrive in a dynamic work environment, exhibiting ability to be flexible and a strong team-player.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
