Key Role:
Serve as a senior regulatory information specialist for government contracts relating to environmental programs. Participate in training programs, including Superfund, oil pollution prevention, risk management, and ENERGY STAR. Oversee junior staff on smaller tasks and review work as needed. Work with the regulated community via telephone and e-mail to assist with compliance in various EPA regulatory programs.
Basic Qualifications:
-1 year of experience with providing EPA regulatory compliance support
-Experience with EPA programs, including Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), Emergency Planning Community Right to Know Act, oil pollution prevention, Risk Management Program, and ENERGY STAR
-Experience with preparing and presenting training on at least one government regulatory program
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
