Summary
NRECA''s creative services team is looking for a passionate, innovative, creative thinker with strong design skills to work on a variety of print, digital, interactive and motion projects. The graphics design intern will work on projects with senior designers to produce compelling print and digital multimedia including promotional materials, infographics, large scale event signage, social media graphics, presentations and more.
Purpose and Mission
The Graphic Design intern will assist senior designers with the following projects:
NRECA regional meetings
Devleop show looks and promotional and on-site materials for 5 regional meetings occuring throughout late summer, early fall.
Coopertative Action Network
Develop social media graphics, infographics, bill stuffers and handouts to support grassroots advocacy efforts and associated campagins suchs as .
Straight Talk multimedia
Develop multi-purpose infographics, web banners, maps and other conent to supplement editorial content provided to cooperative communicators via Straight Talk.
Other projects as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
Preferred Degree Program: Communications; Marketing; Graphic Design; Digital Arts
Ability to work easily in both large team environments or independently
Detail-oriented
Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects)
Print production experience a plus
Must present online portfolio of work
This is an intern position. 3.0 or above GPA required and Must be a rising junior or senior.
Dates: May 19th thru August 8th, 2014
Wages: $17 per hour

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
