Sr. .NET Developer *Clearance Required*

NetCentrics is looking for a Senior .NET Developer for our DOD contract, working in Arlington, VA. This position is open only to candidates with an active or recently inactive DOD security clearance. The Application Developer will serve as a .NET SME on a team of Application Developers charged with maintaining and, upon request, enhancing custom built software applications for the (Deptarment of Defense) DoD, supporting The Office Of The Secretary Of Defense (OSD). Primary focus of the individual will be the custom applications developed in .NET, but the expectation is that the candidate will be able to contribute in some manner to the success of the team in their support of all applications regardless of language. Candidate will interpret requirements and document designs, develop plans with level of efforts (LOE) estimates, perform unit testing of code fixes/enhancements, navigate complex environments and deliver deliverables on time.
5 years of web development experience; 2 of which must be supporting the DoD or similar government organization
2 years of experience using MS SQL Server database backend and using/integrating that into software applications
2 years of experience creating application design documentation
Well-versed in all aspects of .NET 2.0 & 4.0 frameworks as well as C# & VB coding languages
Hands-on experience with the Office products, Visual studio, Team Foundation Server, IIS and Windows servers
Comfortable working as part of a team of developers with varying skill sets and skill levels
Security+ certification required within the first 3 months of employment
This position is open only to candidates with an active or recently inactive DOD Security Clearance.
Desired Requirements:
Experience with other software/web application development languages such as Java, Cold Fusion, & VBA
MCAD (Microsoft Certified Application Developer) certification
Experience using Oracle database backend and using/integrating that into software applications

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
