Key Role:
Provide scientific analysis, engineering, technical support, and program management to the Office of Naval Research. Assist with the technical formulation and execution of science and technology programs. Assist with conducting program and operational assessments and work independently and within a team environment. Provide support to the electric weapons systems program.
Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience with science and technology, acquisition, engineering, or other technical field or extensive military service of technical nature required
-Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
-Experience with analyzing, evaluating, formulating, coordinating, and implementing unique, non-traditional development approaches for technological innovation required
-Knowledge of DoD transition process and the Navy requirements and resource processes required
-Ability to communicate orally and in writing clearly and effectively on complex issues
-Ability to monitor and report on project activities and resources to mitigate risk throughout the project life cycle
-Ability to perform a variety of duties, including assisting with the evaluation of the effectiveness of different ONR programs and operations
-Secret clearance required
-BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Military Service
-Experience with Naval surface force operational and a naval engineering subspecialty preferred
-Experience with OPNAV
-Top Secret clearance preferred
-MA or MS degree in Engineering or a related field

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
