Summary
Plan and evaluate project activities including, project documentation, resource management, scheduling, requirements management, holding deployment and readiness reviews, status reporting and providing excellent customer service.
Purpose and Mission
Plan and evaluate project activities including, project documentation, resource management, scheduling, requirements management, holding deployment and readiness reviews, status reporting and providing excellent customer service.
Projects are medium to large size and may involve integration of multiple systems and platforms.
Provide strategic and technical leadership in the implementation of new principles, methods and tools via the project being managed and is responsible for catalyzing growth and learning of others and leads by example to raise organizational competency in project management.
Lead cross-organization project teams and managing matrixed resources performing specific responsibilities on assigned projects.
Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
Lead and maintain projects under both Agile and Waterfall development lifecycle methodologies.
Define project tasks and resource requirements, create project plans, project schedules, manage project resources and coordinate SAT/UAT as appropriate.
Lead/Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, translate business requirements into detailed technical system specifications and serve as the liaison among the stakeholders.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with the customer(s).
Collaborate with project managers, business customers and application team leads to identify opportunities to improve functionality of an application and increase operating efficiency.
Become a key contributor and be responsible for delivering high business value projects on time and within budget.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
Present reports defining project progress, problems, risks, dependencies and solutions.
Implement and lead project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Conduct project evaluations and assessment of results.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, business or management
Seven years of progressive relevant project coordination and system analysis experience leading multi-system projects and cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment using both Waterfall and Agile lifecycle methodologies.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
