This role requires a deep understanding of the market and prior experience selling to the Treasury (ex. IRS). This is a 'hunter' role, with a great deal of client-facing expected.
KEY
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for driving revenue and positioning Company's product in the Federal Government Marketplace. Revenue will be acquired through the development of new customer relationships, growing existing customer relationships, and securing opportunities through alliances.
2. Initiate and drive new business growth leveraging your existing network and Rolodex as well building new ones.
3. Identify high potential departments within agencies in your territory and develop tailored acquisition strategies to execute against. Build and manage a sales pipeline.
4. Create and implement a market-driven strategy for partnerships that leverages Company's prominence in the marketplace and capitalizes on the synergies available through key alliances.
5. Responsible for negotiating government contracts and authoring comprehensive RFP responses.
6. Establish and conduct capabilities presentations with key organizational decision-makers.
7. Actively participate in industry events and organizations to continuously expand referral network, as well sharing trends and insights with the Federal Sales Team.
8. Provides strategic input and thought leadership to sales associates and leaders.
9. Effectively communicate with Sales Leader and Sales Team members regarding the sales process, including consistent use of sales force automation tools.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
1. 5
years experience in developing, selling to and managing large accounts in the Government industry
2. Must have proven ability to negotiate and close new business and experience working with C-levels within Government agencies, specifically within the Treasury department
3. Outstanding organizational skills: must be able to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deals
4. Exceptional negotiation, writing, presentation and communication skills
5. Proven ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships at a variety of levels both within Company and with Partner organizations.
6. Proven track record of identifying and closing 7 figure sales opportunities.
7. Ability to meet and exceed quarterly sales goals.
8. Team player with relentlessly positive attitude.
9. Bachelor's degree is required; MBA highly desirable
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
