Key Role:
Manage workflow and Task Management Tool (TMT) taskings for a US DoD client by receiving incoming packages and taskings, deciphering ownership, tasking to Action Officers, and reviewing and processing through appropriate executive administrative staff in the appropriate offices. Coordinate and collect office files in preparation for the implementation of the records management plan. Prepare the daily task listing with status for senior government client review and use. Prepare and update status listings of all client organization tasks for senior government client information and presentation at client weekly staff meetings. Work with the government client to clear a legacy of overdue taskings and continue to monitor on a daily basis. Provide administrative support to senior leadership, division leads, and efficiency teams in the form of scheduling, travel and event planning, and answering stakeholder inquires. Provide database management and technical support services for senior government clients and organization personnel. This position is located onsite at the Pentagon.
Basic
Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-3 years of experience with PC-based computers
-3 years of experience with Adobe Suite applications, including Acrobat X Pro
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Additional
Qualifications:
-Experience with supporting US government clients, including DoD
-Experience as an executive assistant in a corporate environment
-Experience with SharePoint applications
-Knowledge of HQ Air Force Operating Instruction 33-3, Communications and Information, Correspondence Preparation, and Control and Tracking
-Possession of excellent client interaction and problem-solving skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in Communications or General Studies
