Job Description:
Candidate shall provide support in preparing, updating, and maintaining briefings, graphic arts, audio-visuals, demonstrations, and other related support.
The candidate shall provide technical and planning support for meetings, special events, conferences, and working groups, as necessary. This support shall include coordinating the meetings, drafting meeting agendas, and operating multimedia presentations, Video Teleconferencing (VTC) equipment, and other audio-visual equipment.
The candidate shall conduct research/analysis/review of program and/or process approval issues, and provide comments/recommendations regarding Personnel/Pay Modernization, Financial Management, Accounting, and Audit Readiness program efforts in all phases of the program life cycle (cradle-to-grave).
The candidate shall assist in the development, review, and/or revision of program documentation as required, including the Strategy/Plan; Cost, Budget, Schedule, Performance; requirements and system specifications documents; Milestone Decision documentation; test and evaluation plans; logistics, configuration management; quality assurance and quality control plans; economic analyses and associated program resource documents; and other program related documentation.
The candidate shall produce and continuously maintain an IMS of significant activities, document due dates, and milestones in support of program requirements. The candidate shall provide timelines, work breakdown schedules, user reports, and communication plans as appropriate to execute program requirements.
Required Skills and
Experience:
Requires a Bachelor''s degree and 3 years' relevant work experience.
Work is generally performed in a normal office environment where there is minimal exposure to unpleasant and/or hazardous working conditions.
Job assignments may require working at client site where working conditions may vary.
Travel may be required.
