Blackstone Technology Group is hiring an experienced
IT Staffing-Senior Account Manager
who can maintain existing clients and generate new business within large and mid-cap accounts to meet our client's contract, contract to hire and direct placement needs. Our Staffing Practice is a global provider of contingent and direct IT Staffing Solutions. Our seasoned staffing professionals have a successful history of servicing the toughest demands of our staffing clients. Our agile and customized-to-client approach ensures that we meet our client's specific needs and that we adapt to and fully support our client's way of doing business.
Responsibilities
Act as a trusted business advisor/sales executive to strategic accounts
Generate minimum number of direct contract and permanent staffing orders from managed accounts
Interact and build relationships with all levels of contacts within accounts
Act as the single point of contact between accounts and company in order to facilitate all communication and ensure the success of relationships
Maintain a successful track record in dealing with accounts of fortune 1000 size
Capable of managing a diverse team of delivery personnel and office administrators
Maintain a solid understanding of the strategic business and information technology direction of multiple accounts to better anticipate future technical requirements
Produce and provide business plans quarterly to Blackstone senior management
Maintain accurate records of contacts and sales process
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of staffing sales experience
Ability to leverage existing relationships within Fortune 1000 & 500 sized accounts
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
Strong understanding of and adherence to a solid sales methodology
Ability to provide both strong client and management references
Experience managing remote consultants/contractors at multiple client sites
Superior written and verbal communication
Superior interviewing skills
Education
BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university required
Documentation of formal sales and negotiation training a huge plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
