UI/UX DESIGNER (ARLINGTON, VA)
Cutting edge Software Security company is looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer to be responsible for crafting the user experience of our products in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. This role covers both interaction and visual design. You'll work closely with the UX Lead, Product Managers and engineering team to help define the experience of our products through an iterative process.

What you'll be doing (Responsibilities)
Work alongside our UX Lead to design a consistent, delightful and enjoyable experience for our product line. Develop a wide range of visual deliverables such as iconography and hi-FI mockups. Work directly with engineering to implement product features. Produce user flows, wireframes, prototypes, user interface specs and high fidelity mockups with any tools that you see fit. Whatever get's the job done! Be able to hold your own when communicating to Business and Engineering. Gather & prioritize user feedback to improve the overall experience and design.
What we're looking for (Requirements)
Someone with a compelling portfolio of sketches, wireframes, hi-res comps etc. that expresses your ability to create successful design solutions. A master with design specific tools such as Photoshop, Sketch, Balsamiq, etc. Really, whatever tools that help you communicate and deliver. Someone willing to iterate and refine your process and methods and communicate them to the team. Someone with experience applying customer/user feedback into their designs. Someone with a desire to learn the ins and outs of our products and ways to better our user experience. Experience working closely with an engineering team on implementation of product features. Working knowledge of HTML
CSS. Previous work in Lean or Agile product design/development teams.
