Guides and coordinates proposal and awardactivities for complex contracts.
Position Summary
Ability to provide authoritative guidance tointernal teams relating to contract activity.
Ensures accurate and timely reporting ofcontract data entry into various systems and monitors data updates. Resolvesdiscrepancies related to contract documents and ensures data quality andaccuracy.
Performs high-level reviews related to complexsolicitations, requests for information and proposals, and identifies businessrisks, documents the findings, and provides recommendations. Works on projectsrelated to hybrid contracts with multiple subcontractors, assigns tasks, andensures project complies with regulations and policies. Manages workload
Guides contract administration staff inpreparing complex contract writings such as technical/price assumptions,certifications and representations related to Deloitte's proposals andcoordinates submission of required contract notifications.
Manages contracts administration team, ensuresmeeting project deadlines, provides guidance to team on issue resolution andsupports the team in completing accurate client deliverables.
Collaborates with other enabling areas andproposal teams to address complex contracting and proposal challenges.
Tracks and communicates the keys issues andstatus of contracts portfolio relative to contract requirements.
Completes negotiations of complex and/ornon-standard contracts and agreements.
Mentors, develops, trains and provides teamfeedback.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.Federal Practice based in Washington D.C. and the surrounding Metropolitan area delivers innovative solutions to key Federal clients in financial management, business process improvement, strategy and operations, information systems development, package implementation, enterprise transformation, business process and applications outsourcing, and a full range of human capital advisory services.
Required Technical Skills
Proficient MS Office skills; In-depth knowledge of federal contractor compliance requirements
Education & Experience
Bachelor s Degree; 5 to 10 years of experience contract administration and or management. Supervisory, project and change management experience desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
