We are currently searching for a Assistant Superintendent to join our team in our Arlington, Virginia, regional office.
The Assistant Superintendent helps direct the field operations for construction projects by scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets AvalonBay's standards.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in the multi family housing construction industry, and knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance. This person will need experience building concrete multi-family structures.
Computer literacy is a must and preference will be given to candidate with a Degree in Construction Management. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
