Inside Sales Manager

We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of Associate Business Development Executives and help grow our business in new accounts by offering Snagajob solutions to the hourly employer market. Experience managing inside sales representatives is required, as are strong coaching and mentoring skills and a passion to exceed our clients' expectations. Primary responsibilities include providing your team with the necessary tools and resources to be successful, developing strategies to increase growth with new accounts, and selecting and training new team members.
This role may be located in either our Arlington or Glen Allen location.
Provide leadership and coaching to the inside sales team to help them meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual prospecting/lead generation/bookings targets.
Guide the Associate Business Development Executives through the entire prospecting cycle from initiation to meeting set; assist them in identifying and capitalizing on transactional, quick close opportunities.
Guide the strategy for maturing the inside sales team from a prospecting/lead generation team to include a telesales team focused on bookings and revenue.
Define and implement sales strategies to help grow our business.
Manage high volume sales activities; ensure Associate Business Development Executives meet and/or exceed activity calls for prospecting, appointments, presentations, etc.; track and monitor results.
Maintain current knowledge of industry, competitive research and information to better help our clients' business challenges and position our team to align with their needs and initiatives.
Select, train and develop a team of Associate Business Development Executives.
Work with the team selling to single-unit franchisees as well as the team developing the corporate business to successfully learn how to communicate with the leads on your team.
Act as the liaison to marketing and ensure marketing strategies and tactics align to provide the inside sales team with maximum "fuel" for prospecting.
Manage incentive programs to help guide greater productivity amongst the inside sales team.
Align all sales performance with Snagajob's mission, vision, and values.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field from an accredited college/university
5 years of inside sales experience with a proven track record of sales excellence in a high activity environment
3+ years managing a team of inside sales professionals
Call center experience (preferred)
Experience in managing joint marketing/sales strategy (preferred)
Exceptionally strong leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A positive can-do attitude and strong will to achieve
Highly professional demeanor with engaging personality

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
