If you have a passionfor tackling complex, far-reaching, policy implementation issues, joining ourSummer Associate program can give you on-the-job insight into a career inmanagement consulting.
Asa Summer Associate, you will play a pivotal role with responsibilities thatrange from analyzing client issues and interviewing key personnel to developingrecommendations and creating presentations. You will be a part of acollaborative project team that provides our public sector clients with servicesthat are practical as well as visionary services that help clients in theirefforts to transform the way government does business. In addition, you will have the opportunity towork and develop specialized skills in one of the following service areas:Human Capital, Strategy & Operations, or Technology Integration.
Your internship should enhance not only your consulting skills,but also your networking skills. During your time as a Summer Associate you lltake part in a series of social outings and office-wide meetings.

Qualifications
Weare seeking exceptional individuals from a variety of schools andprograms. Qualified candidates willpossess the following characteristics:
First-year MPA or MPP graduate student
Solid history of achievement in school and work
Strong analytical skills
Leadership and team-building abilities
Excellent interpersonal skills
Flexibility
Firm grounding in public sector issues
Willingness to travel (required)
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to acquire U.S. Security Clearance
