This IT Data Administrator position is within the F35 Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCI), F35 Joint Program Office, Arlington, VA, and is administratively assigned to the Information Technology/Information Management (IT/IM) Applications Integration and Business Intelligence Division, Patuxent River, MD. Design and optimize the performance, integrity, and security of databases employed in direct support of an organization's mission.
Produce database applications and capabilities that meet exceptionally high IT security and integrity requirements.
Participate in planning for the continuing expansion/enhancement of an organization's IT infrastructure.
Make substantive contributions to the design/development of database applications.
Troubleshoot issues with access to and use of database assets.
Serve as a subject matter expert for the development and refinement of program-level policy and standards governing database design and use.

At least one year of specialized experience in or related to the work of this position at a level of difficulty and responsibility comparable to work at the next lower pay band (i.e., DS-04) or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that equipped you with the knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or competencies to satisfactorily perform this work. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following responsiblity: design, develop, and maintain data management systems that meet current and future business requirements of an organization and its customers; design, develop, and maintain databases; monitor and optimize database performance and tune database operations; generate complex queries and reports; participate in the design of data mining and data warehousing systems; define and allocate storage capacity in the design of data management systems; and develop data dictionaries, data models, metadata repositories, and other management tools.

Applicants should meet the DAWIA certification requirements for the IT Career Field Level III at the time of application. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
