The Airport Manager Trainee will learn and successfully demonstrate all aspects of running our on-airport SuperShuttle operation including customer service, dispatch, hiring/managing/motivating a team, and growing and impacting P & L results. Based on successful performance the position has a clear career path to Airport Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, and beyond.

Responsibilities:
Below is a brief overview of some of the duties and functions an ideal candidate would execute:
Lead by example in providing superior customer service
Handle and resolve customer service issues in a timely manner
Answer questions to guests about our services as well as other airport inquiries
Hire, train, manage, monitor, and motivate all airport staff to perform at optimum levels
Schedule personnel, making sure all shifts are covered, covering open shifts if necessary
Make sure all personnel are in proper uniform, including drivers
Preparation of cash deposits and cash reconciliation reports
Ordering and maintaining supply levels
Build relationships with local Airline personnel to grow referral business
Monitor and keep all work stations clean
Ensure that van operators comply with airport and dispatch procedures
Work closely with Director of Operations to increase airport efficiency
Qualifications:
SuperShuttle is looking for entry-level college graduates with retail sales, commission sales, up-selling, fundraising, lead generation, restaurant server experience to work in a fast paced environment with attention to customer service.

Exemplary coaching and motivational skills at both an individual and team level
Experience managing a team of people
Excellent analytical and communications abilities, both verbal and written
Ability to handle complicated client interactions
Must be a "self-starter" with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Ability to administer several task simultaneously
Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Possess excellent documentation skills and follow up
Desire to achieve and grow professionally

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
