Based on successful performance, many of our GSR's have been promoted into Supervisory and Managerial roles within our company.

Below is a brief overview of some of the duties and functions an ideal candidate would execute:
Meeting and greeting guests while providing superior customer service to airport patrons
Ensuring guests are dispatched and guided to the proper van
Handling and reconciling cash deposits accurately
Assisting guests with luggage and loading of vans when needed
Informing guests of the services we provide
Selling a high percentage of round trip tickets
Process customer tickets quickly and efficiently on the computer
High school or GED required, some college preferred
Must be able to work 8+ hour days, standing at customer service work stations for long periods of time
Must have an even disposition, be able to multi-task while handling stressful situations and be a problem solver
Must have a "Team First" attitude and be able to work well with others
Ability to handle complicated client interactions
Ability to complete several task simultaneously
Taking pride in providing a quality service
Desire to achieve and grow professionally

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
