This BRAND NEW BOUTIQUE product will require a team of highly dedicated professionals to provide a high perceived-value through the personalized and professional services for our residents and guests. This position requires a genuine commitment to customer care that distinguishes the living experience provided at a Legend community.
Engaged in knowing the most current, local events, latest trends, and new businesses and networking to meet the customer's demands.

Exceptional communication skills are required both directly with the leasing team, residents, guests and vendors.
Lead by example with an impeccable professional image at all times.
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with attention to details.
Oversees coordination of household services for access such as cable, telephone, deliveries, maid service, plant and pet care contractors as needed.
Coordinate dry cleaning drop off and pick up.
Responsible for handling resident service requests and timely follow-up.
Supports management's requirements to keep building secured and oversees access procedures for all guests, visitors and vendors.
Responsible for scheduling the elevators and loading docs for move-in/move-out activity and special deliveries at all times.
Answers and handles incoming phone calls from prospective new residents, current residents, vendor/suppliers, etc.
Refers all future residents to preview our community specific or company website after hours to preview the floor plans and check availability.
Inspects make ready vacancies and provides move-in gifts in apartment as needed
Responsible for planning, marketing and attending resident functions to include on-site and off site events.
Acts as a vendor liaison for the community and residents.
Computer Skills (Real Page/Lead 2 Lease preferred), Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
Candidates need not apply if they do not meet these qualifications nor have flexibility to cross train in MD/VA prior to community opening.
