Minimum of 2 years professional experience, with proven ability in testing a wide variety of web-based training applications.
Skilled at identifying, analyzing, troubleshooting, verifying, and submitting software defects following established QA processes and procedures. Tests distance-learning software for 508 compliancy using JAWS and Dragon Naturally Speaking software.
Ability to review and edit storyboards and provide written feedback to instructional designer and client. Demonstrated skill in detail-oriented documentation, with significant abilities in communicating with Subject Matter Experts and programmers in tactful manner.
Significant experience with distributed learning applications, interface usability, 508 accessibility, SCORM, learning management systems, and integration of streaming media into web-based training applications, including training interface with Learning Management System learn.com.
Familiarity with industry standard and USG web development policies and standards.
Significant, proven experience as a member of a team; positive interpersonal skills and a customer-service orientation, particularly with clients from a wide variety of cultures.
BS/BA or MS/MA in relevant field highly valued.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
