Senior Quality Manager (Arlington, VA) (multiple positions). For IT company, maintain and evolve our corporate Quality Management System (QMS). Define common set of processes to be followed across the organization. Define metrics for High Maturity Process Performance and continuous improvement. Engage in all areas of Quality Management, including processes, policy, procedures, audits, training/mentoring, and partnership with delivery teams. Maintain/evolve the QMS in an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001 and Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) L3 environment. Maintain ISO 9001 and CMMi accreditations. Improve existing quality policies, procedures, measurements, and tools. Collect and analyze quality data and seek ways to continuously improve the QMS and the quality of our products and services. Create a culture of quality consistent with our Guiding Principles. Prepare and present client and executive-level QMS briefings. Requires Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a quality assurance position; or, in the alternative, Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in in a quality assurance position. Also requires 2 years experience with CMMi processes, ISO, SLIM Metrics Tools, and SCAMPI Appraisal. Other experience must include a history of creating a Quality Management System in ISO 9001 and CMMi environments; and developing Agile Lifecycle requirements and defining Agile project metrics. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
