Responsibilities:
Identifies, quantifies, evaluates, and analyzes assigned market growth opportunities within specified campaign areas
Conducts market and opportunity research as required to better segment and understand customers, customers needs, and related new business opportunities
Delivers relevant market and competitive intelligence to senior leadership and appropriate BD personnel; integrates competitive intelligence into growth market strategies.
Supports proposals and proposal team members.
Implements campaign, to include the identification, allocation, designation, and direction of capture plans, capture managers and all associated resources

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required
A Master's degree is desired
A minimum of three years experience in business development and five years professional experience
The successful candidate will have experience Leading full life-cycle capture efforts including pre-poposal, proposal and contract start-up operations
Effective oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industry participant networks are essential
Efficiency in the use of Microsoft (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required
International experience is preferred
Use of INPUT, Centurion, FedBizOps and other search engines is required

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
