PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The Safety Manager will supervise and monitor construction safety programs and manage (OSHA) inspections as well as train employees on safety regulations and verify program compliance in accordance with U.S. Government guidelines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
o Ensure AICI-SP is conforming to all OHS requirements of contract and local OHS policies
o Effective implementation, coordination, and enforcement of the Construction Accident Prevention Plan (CAPP)
o Anticipate, identify, evaluate, and implement corrective action through activity/worker hazard analysis, worker training, proactive over-site of construction operations to abate or reduced potential safety and health hazards and dangerous environmental exposures
o Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all laws surrounding construction safety
o Develop and implement policies, procedures and other company-wide safety standards
o Follow incidents of construction-related accidents - perform a thorough investigationEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
