Elevate Technology Solutions is currently accepting applications for a Sr. Video Teleconference Tech to support our operations in Arlington, VA.

The Sr. Video Teleconference Tech will be responsible for the following:
Act as a member of the Infrastructure Support Audio Video Conferencing Services support team. As part of this high performance group, this individual will be responsible for the day-to-day support of the client's conferencing services.
Responsibilities
Administration of daily Video conference activities
Supporting existing Tandberg video conference system
Provisioning of conferencing bridge numbers
Work with vendors on designing and implementing new systems
Vendor management
Manage A/V contractors and consultants with office builds and expansions
Maintain audio/video design standards throughout offices
Support existing and future video streaming requirements
Working with Tech Support team to ensure all conference rooms are functional
The Sr. Video Teleconference Tech must have the following skills:
A balance of strong technical skills and client services processes
A sense of urgency resolving problem issues
Creativity
Work schedule flexibility
Adaptability to challenging business conditions
A commitment to customer satisfaction
The Sr. Video Teleconference Tech must meet the following
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years Industry Experience
5
years' experience in audio visual integration and / or services
5
years' experience with maintaining Cisco/Tandberg equipment and maintenance
General knowledge of network technologies including TCP/IP and Multicast streaming
Experience troubleshooting network issues with regards to video conferencing
Understanding of audio/video signal wiring, including cable limitations
Comprehensive audio/video design principles
Industry Training and Knowledge
Knowledge of Crestron, Vbrick product line and experience a plus
