Primary Office Manager Responsibilities include:
Working with employees to coordinate travel.
Develop and maintain general office processes
Order office equipment and supplies.
Ship documents and packages.
Prepare correspondence, e-mail, and other documents as requested. Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes. Responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
Schedule and organize meetings for Executive Team and Project Teams
Establish, develop, maintain, and update business filing system, including scanning paper files to computerized filing system and retrieving information from files when needed.
Responsible for reception and telephone duties. Respond to regularly occurring requests for information and routine questions.
Primary FSO Responsibilities include:
Manage security clearances, visit requests and program access requests
Maintain personnel security folders
Provide first-line internal and external customer support for Security email correspondence assessing customer requests, coordinating appropriate support activities and ensuring customer satisfaction for daily support requests

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
