FMG is seeking an experienced and motivated technical editor needed to work as part of a research methods team supporting other divisions of FMG. This individual's primary responsibility will be to edit, rewrite, and authenticate technical and other documents across all teams at Fors Marsh Group. This job is best suited for an individual who has experience with technical writing, is detail oriented, and has strong computer skills.
Responsibilities include:
Edit reports, PowerPoint presentations, marketing materials (news releases, brochures, web content, etc.), manuscripts, surveys (protocols, paper, and online), executive notes, and proposals.
Prioritize project work and provide quick turnaround.
Ensure all client-facing materials meet editorial and customer specifications and adhere to standards for quality, content, style, and format.
Provide feedback and communicate with subject matter experts regarding substantive edits.
Improve editorial and visual standards for documents and recommend newEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
