We currently have a need for an IT Help Desk Representative at our Arlington, VA location.

Summary:
The Help Desk Support Representative will ensure proper computer operation for the end user community. This includes actively monitoring help desk tickets and resolving end user help requests within established SLAs. Candidate will also be responsible for creating and maintaining computer images and managing desktop and laptop computer deployments and inventory, including software licensing.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Installs, supports and maintains computer desktops, laptops, printers and/or related hardware and software in a timely manner.
Provides end user support for all field offices traveling to the field offices when required.
Provides 1st and 2nd level support for the end-user community (including remote users).
Qualifications:
Excellent problem solving skills directly related to the resolution of PC hardware/software issues.
Knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft OS and applications.
Basic understanding of network connectivity (TCP/IP).
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Proficient understanding of computer imaging.
Excellent customer service skills and experience.
College diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or equivalent years in work experience.
Minimum two (2) years help desk support work experience.

Certification and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) preferred
