Job Description
We are looking for a talented software engineer to be part of the backend team. Our engineers design and develop highly scalable systems that touch millions of members daily.
Responsibilities: Serves as a team member for design and implementation of major components of applications. Uses knowledge to help shape business vision into technical solution. Works within technical teams and our worldwide partners for deployment of exciting features and products. Develop and test major components of our consumer applications. Solves complex technical issues related to a wide variety of products and/or systems.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent. 1-3 years of Java/J2EE software development experience (knowledge of Java 1.5 or later is preferred). Experience in all levels of software engineering life cycle. Experience in developing Apache/Tomcat/MySQL based Web services using SVN/GIT in a Java and frameworks environment. Experience with JUnit and JMeter testing. Experience with test-driven development (TDD) is a plus. Experience with backend Web services, and responding to queries in JSON, XML, or SOAP. Working with databases is a plus. Experience with large-scale systems integration, multi-threaded, high volume and highly available systems a plus. Mongo, Hadoop, or other large database technologies desired. Good interpersonal skills.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
