The Job:
Let's get down to the nitty-gritty: You will be working with a team of Senior Recruiters, one of which has shared his personal experience to give you an idea of what it's like to work here. Our Account Managers enjoy an immense amount of autonomy to secure the client portfolio that YOU want to work with, there are no geographic boundaries, no limits to the size or industry of the clients you target, and we will fill IT contract and permanent roles, alike. Your LOCAL recruiting support staff consists (currently, and growing) of 3 tenured, technical recruiters, combining over 35 years of experience. In addition, we have a team of other senior recruiters in SF and DC for your support, nationwide. We have a ton of business to collaborate on, we're incredibly flexible and accommodating, and have very few internal obstacles to navigate. Job Description:
As a
Senior IT Account Manager
you will be asked to maintain existing clients and generate new business within large and mid-cap accounts to meet our client's contract, contract to hire and direct placement needs.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of
staffing
sales
experience

Experience as a trusted business advisor/sales executive to strategic accounts
Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations
Experience as the single point of contact, bringing in qualified job orders and facilitating all communication ensuring the success of each client account and relationship

To leverage existing relationships within Fortune 1000 & 500 sized accounts
Experience generating a minimum number of staffing orders from managed accounts
Strong understanding and adherence to a solid sales methodology in the IT space
Ability to think outside of the box and perform within a challenging business climate
BA / BS from an accredited 4-year university required
Documentation of formal sales and negotiation training a huge plus

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
