The Exchange Lead will be responsible for the following:
The Team Lead should be strong technically as well as possess Leadership skills to lead a team of 4 to 6 staff.
The Messaging Engineer is a part of a team is responsible for all operations and engineering for the messaging environment. The Messaging environment consist of the following: Microsoft Exchange 2010, Enterprise Vault, Lync, OCS, Blackberry5, Blackberry10, Good for technologies and Rightfax
This role will require constant interaction with other internal organizations as well as internal IT teams.
The Exchange Lead must have the following skills:
Ensures proper deployment of new servers in accordance with practices and standards.
Recommend and perform any needed maintenance, upgrades and installations to ensure the most optimal messaging environment.
Identify system performance issues and drives the development of tools to correct.
Provides complex technical installation support to field technicians. Responds to, reviews and approves operational quality of system equipment.
Works in conjunction with business development and project team to conducts site surveys of customer sites, identify potential issues, integrate system and plan and designs systems installations.
Tests user configurations for system compatibility. Documents and provides support; refers issues to ensure that the system is functioning according specifications.
The Exchange Lead must meet the following
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

years of experience leading a team of 4 to 6 members in a 24x7 production environment.
Strong technical and management background in technical systems/environments with experience in operations, support and infrastructure.
The applicant must have experience with Microsoft Exchange, Enterprise Vault and Lync 2013.
Maintains and supports the Microsoft Exchange 2010 environment and all related messaging components.
Maintains and supports the Enterprise Vault environment.
Maintains and supports Lync Enterprise Server 2013 and OCS 2007, BES5, BES10 and good for Enterprise.
