Front End Developer
Summary
Currently seeking an energetic, dynamic and resourceful Front End Developer to join a fast growing IT Firm working on cutting edge technology who is able to conceptualize, build and maintain websites and work with various application for high ranked contracts. Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in the latest technological developments in the industry to include HTML5, CSS3, and mobile web application development.
Responsibilities:
Create the technical aspects of websites
Build Angular and Java applications
Support existing infrastructure
Develop new technologies
Determine site's users
Develop graphic design
Oversee production and implementation
Add HTML extensions such as animations and surveys
Use web development software to integrate databases and other information systems.
Create pages that appeal to the tastes of the site's users.
Create Intranets.
Maintain existing web applications.
Test web applications units and systems.
Design and implement user-driven templates, databases and interfaces.
Develop external web portals.
Build applications and services for the Web.
Test applications on various browsers and modify if necessary.
Architect websites, design data-driven applications, and find efficient client-server solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Required)
Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, user interfaces, Web standards and usability
Able to turn out exceptional work in weeks, not months, and are able to jump in on a project at any point in its life cycle
Thrive within a data-driven design culture and can quickly react to changes and new feature requirements driven by our user analytics

years of professional HTML/CSS experience
Mastery of code editing software
Proficiency in HTML/CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and other scripting languages
Ability to code CSS-based table-less layouts
Working knowledge of PHP and ability to learn new technologies and software as necessary
Experience building and maintaining large sites (50
pages)
Team player with a positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
Location:
Would be working at ByteCubed HQ in Arlington, VA.
Clearance:
Byte Cubed would prefer a minimum SECRET clearance for the FE Java Dev.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: 130,000 USD AnnuallyEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
