We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment. You may also perform general, advanced or specialized maintenance functions depending on property needs.
In this position your primary responsibilities will include:
oRepairing and maintaining machinery and mechanical equipment
oPerforming carpentry, painting, plumbing or electrical duties
To become a valuable member of our team we are looking for the following:
oHigh school diploma/GED, or additional 3 years of experience to the required years below
oMay require certification in trade disciplines (HVAC)
oMay require valid state driver's license
oAt least 3 years prior experience working on a commercial or multi-unit residential property
oWillingness to work a flexible schedule including over-time, nights and weekends
oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
