Field Project Manager

Field Project Manager Job ID 35353 The Project Manager is responsible for managing projects (as an owner) ensuring timely completion; on budget; and meeting the needs and expectations of the client. The PM will be responsible for reviewing contracting with designers, managing the design process, reviewing the plans for constructability and coordination. The PM will be responsible for bidding the project within the budget and managing the construction process, sometimes with the help of an on-site representative. The PM shall be responsible for interfacing with center staff to ensure work does not conflict with classes. Develops the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project elements, and monitors progress to meet schedule and budget requirements. Identifies and documents changes in scope. Assists in determining the scope of procurement work, schedules, and budgets for assigned project buy outs, monitoring progress to maintain those procurements. Interfaces with procurement and subcontract personnel to facilitate the bid process. Coordinates the utilization of interdisciplinary technical personnel on the project with other Project Engineers. Coordinates the assignment of personnel from other technical support groups within the company. Assists the Senior Project Manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of the project or study. Assists in determining the technical skills and staff hours required for successful completion of the project. Ensures client criteria and scope are met by all engineering disciplines. Expedites distribution of action items following discussions/meetings with the client and Project Manager. Prepares technical reports and documentation of activity for the client and project management. Obtains, analyzes, and circulates technical and contractual information to project disciplines. Manages relationships with Job Corps centers. Manages completion of deficiencies. Provides technical assistance as required by center to help them maintain the facility. QualificationsThe Project Manager should have a 4-year degree in a technical, Engineering or Architecture and 10 years of related field engineering experience, or a broad general engineering background. The PM should be familiar with/ and capable of/ managing design process and reviewing plans for compliance with budget and program. The PM should be familiar with project tracking software systems. . Professional Engineer or Architect registration and LEED certification would be an advantage. Experience as a Project manager type managing medium size ($5-$15 million size projects) projects under senior supervision as part of a government contract program. Apply Now

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
