Program Analyst, Mid

Key Role:
Provide project management, business management, and administrative support to a research and development defense agency. Serve as a Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) coordinator and support program managers through acquisition, solicitation, and proposal evaluation for unclassified programs. Assist with the creation, revisions, and routing of Program Approval Documents (PADs), BAAs, Justification and Approvals (J&As), and source selection documentation, including quality control of the documents and process to ensure that all aspects follow agency guidelines. Perform program management and progress tracking, meeting coordination and conference planning, and document coordination. Work in a cross-functional team that delivers high-quality outputs on time and within budget. Work directly with the client to assist with developing and executing research and development projects.
Basic Qualifications:
5 years of experience with defense-related programs
5 years of experience in a DoD environment
Experience with technical writing and editing
Experience in the development of acquisition documentation
Experience with using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Ability to obtain a security clearance
BA or BS degree required
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs, including DARPA, ARPA-E, and IARPA preferred
Experience in working with federal procurement and solicitation processes
Experience in a fast-paced DoD environment
Experience with managing project schedules, risk, and budgets
Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation
Possession of excellent data gathering, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Secret clearance preferred
PMP Certification

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
