Client Service Manager (Business Development) - Asia/Pacific Region

As a Client Service Manager (CSM), you will serve support our growing business with US Federal clients in the Asia/Pacific region to sustain our relationship, support the delivery of the work, achieve complete client satisfaction with our work, and leverage the relationship to benefit the client and the firm. Your primary focus will be agencies within the Department of Defense (DoD) within the Asia/Pacific region (e.g., NAVFAC Pacific and its subordinate FECs/forward locations to include NAVFAC Southwest and Northwest; the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and Pacific Air Forces (PACAF); The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' Pacific Ocean Division and its Districts--Japan District, Far East District, Alaska District and Honolulu District). Involvement with other US Government or local Government agencies may also be desired and required. In this position you will be responsible for relationship building; identification of opportunities; and pursuit, capture, and support of projects for planning, design and construction services. Experience in the execution of major Military Construction (MILCON) and/or Foreign Military Sales (FMS) is desired. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, team-focused individual; will have 7+ years of professional experience on Federal DoD projects in the Asia Pacific region; and will possess a desire to grow personally as well as professionally. As a Client Service Manager, you will: > Work with our existing DoD client base in the Asia/Pacific region to identify project opportunities and convert them into task orders > Develop partnerships with our DoD clients to support their growth objectives > Develop relationships and position the firm on potential projects and programs in the Asia/Pacific region > Support the delivery of projects to enhance client satisfaction > Leverage relationships with existing DoD clients to expand our service offerings while continuing to grow new, productive relationships > Manage relationships with industry partners and alliances > Offer background in the management of consulting and construction procurements for IDIQ contracts and task orders > Network within client and industry organizations to leverage business development objectives > Develop internal relationships to support the overall growth and success of Stanley Consultants > Develop a record of growth and client satisfaction with the DoD accounts > Executes business development plans to maintain a full sales funnel > Organizes and leads presentations and interviews with clients Additional information: Business travel to client sites and offices for meetings will be required for this role. Participation in organizations such as the Society of American Military Engineers, the American Society of Civil Engineers and others will also be required. This position will be based in Guam or Honolulu.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
