Accelerated Sales Development Program (ASDP)
For more than 78 years, PSAV? has been setting the standard for event technology services within the hotel, resort and conference center industry, offering the expertise for everything from intimate gatherings to large conventions.
PSAV is currently seeking candidates that will fill the 2017 Accelerated Sales Development Program scheduled for January and June of 2017. Upon successful completion of the 8-12 week training program, designed with a mix of hands-on and classroom-based training, individuals will be prepared for immediate placement into a 'Sales Manager' role within our nationwide network of luxury hotel and conference center properties. PSAV is searching for motivated candidates interested in a career in hospitality and event technology meeting services to join the program. We value the infusion of energy and fresh perspectives brought by recent graduates and sales professionals with a year or less sales experience. If you are seeking a high energy industry and scheduled to graduate in December 2016 or May/June of 2017, this could be a great opportunity for you.
PSAV's passionate sales staff provides frontline exposure for PSAV. They make sure our clients' needs are met pre-event, at the event and post-event. They are the primary point of contact and the face of PSAV. They are responsible for making sure our existing clients are satisfied as well as ensuring that prospective clients understand why PSAV is the best choice for in-house event technology services in their assigned location. Our sales professionals are responsible for growing event technology revenue and profitability while maximizing customer satisfaction from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up. It's an integral role which requires passionate, business-savvy and dedicated sales professionals.
As the leading supplier of audiovisual and event technology to hotels, associations, producers and meeting planners worldwide, PSAV Presentation Services maintains a commitment to being more than 'just AV'. We're an event technology company but we're not the headliner. We work behind the scenes, ensuring our clients look good and are applauded for our efforts. As a team member in our company you will be connected with the most talented and dedicated people in the industry who are passionate about giving each client, big or small, the best show, event or meeting experience of their life.
We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package including health insurance and participation in a 401K plan.
