As a Senior Manager in our AESG team, you?ll often be:
Working with the global offering team to define and advance the ?Cities? offering.
Working with our client account teams; partner ecosystem, industry teams and global offering teams; to define the local offering for the region; based on the demand for the services that the market will consume; and at relevant price points; staying ahead of the competition and at top of the industry and technology innovation.
Develop the core positioning and messaging for the offering
Working with external third parties to assess partnership opportunities
Identifying and engaging industry events/conferences for marketing opportunities (e.g. Booths, speaking, sponsorship, etc.)
Creating POVs, Press Releases and speaking at industry conferences
Assisting in developing sales collateral and tools
Assisting in briefing and training the sales force at meetings and internal events
Driving the sales pipeline growth and ensuring sales and revenue goals are met
You will have experience in most of the following areas:
Taking a leading role in the selling and delivery of back office Technology or Product services and solutions
Solid understanding of the Cities sector ideally with some experience of back office technology transformation
Creating POVs on the competitive landscape in the Cities industry
Appreciation of various technology products, services and vendors relevant to the Cities sector
Ideally experience of Building and selling Analytics, IoT or ERP Cloud Solutions
Helping Cities customers build Technology Roadmaps
Sales/Business Development in a Technology environment
Managing the delivery of large projects, including experience planning and estimating large implementation/upgrade projects It is our intention for our people to work where they live. Deep experience within one or more of the Cities, local, state or provincial governments.
Comfort conveying both high-level and detailed information, adjusting the way ideas are presented to better address varying social styles and audiences.
An ability to challenge a client's thinking by diplomatically providing an objective and independent point of view.
An ability to identify opportunities based on your deep understanding of our offerings and our client?s issues.
Experience managing large teams through complex situations, adapting quickly and helping others navigate change.
Experience structuring activities that play to a team's strengths and provide opportunities for others to grow.
Experience working through organizational change, developing and implementing creative solutions and closely partnering with clients to regularly confirm expectations are met and value delivered.
Clear understanding of key methodologies, approaches and market trends in the industry.
A successful candidate would have the following experience:
Minimum 1 years working with ERP Cloud Solutions (Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management)
Minimum 5 years of Enterprise ERP implementation (HCM, Benefits, Payroll, e-modules) experience
Experience in helping customers build an ERP Application Roadmap
Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP Enterprise global design
Minimum 8 years of team lead experience
Minimum 6 years of Project Management experience
Minimum 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience in ERP OR HCM space
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Skills:
Able to manage/deliver large projects, including experience planning and estimating large ERP implementation/upgrade projects
Proven ability to support sales in the ERP area as a Subject Matter Expert
Understanding of ERP-related business parameters and drivers
Good understanding of Value Proposition Development
Experience leading, or making major contributions to large sales proposals for consulting or professional services
Experience working with CTO/CIO/CHRO
Experience working for a large/ Global consulting firm (IBM, Deloitte, Cap Gemini, PWC, KPMG, KBase)
Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Ability to articulate technical issues in business terms and vice-versa
Desire to continue to broaden functional and technical skills
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Ability to meet travel requirement; weekly travel to client site if necessary

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
