ODASD CNGT Program Budget Support

Program Support (Budget): provide support at ODASD (CN>). ODASD (CN>) requires a physical presence for successful task performance. In coordination with the COR, ODASD (CN>) will provide facilities for two (2) Contractor personnel in ODASD (CN>) spaces in the Pentagon, Arlington, VA starting January 2, 2016.
Analyze immediate and long-term counternarcotics resource requirements of the OSD, Joint Staff, GCCs, Military Departments, Defense Agencies, USSOCOM, and NGB and prepare, for USG personnel review, budget issues in accordance with annual counternarcotics program and budget submission guidance.
Analyze counternarcotics program, budget, and execution data for accuracy of technical treatment, content, and supporting narrative justification and compliance with DoD budgetary policy and guidance and prepare, for USG personnel review, program packages supporting execution of the DoD counternarcotics appropriation.
Assist USG personnel through workload modeling, efficiency studies, fact finding, feasibility studies, ?should-cost? analyses, and other related analyses for counternarcotics portfolios in Africa, Europe, and Central Asia
KSAs. Program Support (Budget) must possess the following attributes:
Expert knowledge and application of the principles and implementing processes associated with PPBES and the Federal budget processes (external to DoD), including Congressional authorizations and appropriations, counter-narcotics funding authorities, Office of Management and Budget and Treasury policies, directives, and regulations in order to assist USG personnel with development, implementation, and administration of counternarcotics funds execution and control procedures through internal reprogramming of appropriated DoD counternarcotics funds.
Contractor personnel providing physical presence shall possess a master?s degree in accounting, auditing, or related field such as business administration or finance.
Ten (10) years of experience providing a similar caliber of services to the services described in paragraph
4.2.1 to very senior general officer or flag officer ranks in the U.S. Armed Forces or SES levels within DoD or other government agencies (or equivalent industry levels).

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
