Project Control Analyst

Overview:
Eagle Ray, Inc. is seeking a Project Control Analyst to assist in leading strategic consulting, management and mission-related Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Office of Intelligence and Analysis (OIA) and Office of Information Technology (OIT)support services.
Responsibilities:
The Project Control Analyst will provide best practice support and guidance services for assistance and guidance in the management of the program's financial and budget activities, including:
Life Cycle Cost Estimate:
Provide services and guidance to develop, update, and maintain the program's LCCE document,
Assist in the reconciliations of the LCCE to budge actuals, updating the document to new guidance and decision from TSA and DHS,
Assist in the LCCE analysis - including "what if" scenarios and statistical analysis, and LCCE reports as required,
Support presentation of the LCCE to governance and oversight boards, OHS and TSA groups, and any other groups deemed relevant and necessary;
Budget and Spend Plan"
Collecting revenue reports, program enrollments, and other financial data for input into program's spend plans, revenue reports and expense sheets,
Collecting and analysing data for statistical analysis purposes and preparing ad hoc reports and/or briefings,
Assisting in zero-based budgeting with functional and project areas,
Assist in spend plan updates, estimations, and forecasting throughout fiscal year;
Provide services and guidance to assist and support in developing and managing various financial activities, requirements and final submissions related to Capital Investment planning, to include: TSA Resource Allocation Plan process, DHS Comprehensive Acquisition Status Report, Future Year Homeland Security Plan documents and C IP information submissions;
Perform monthly fee reconciliations, maintain and managing a fee revenue model, provide populations forecasts and provide assistance with financial and budget audits;
Provide Earned Value Management support, to include tracking and monitoring of reports submitted on required contracts;
Guide, assist and support the development Independent Cost Estimates, financial and budget reports and analysis and Analysis of Alternatives documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree,
3-10 years experience in finance and/or budget,
Ability to obtain/maintain a Public Trust

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
