This position is contingent upon award of contract and position availability.
Daily Job Responsibilities:
As a Technical Recruiter you will be performing full-life cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical positions for our opportunities as well as building a pipeline to ensure contract conformance. Candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to staff Phacil contract openings. The selected candidate will also be responsible assisting helping transition and on-board candidates that are not local to the respective duty location.
Required Skills:
A minimum of 5-7 years of full life cycle technical recruiting in the government industry for IT skill sets including but not limited to: Help Desk, CyberSecurity, Network Engineers, and Program Management.
Strong knowledge of sourcing in European Union countries.
Familiarity with local employment laws and regulations as they pertain to employee benefits.
Experience with creative sourcing of cleared candidates to include but not limited to: network organizations, job boards, user groups, trade organizations, cold calling, referrals etc.
Must demonstrate a high sense of urgency, self-management, establish priorities, resolve issues independently and in coordination with all key stakeholders of the organization.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
Experience with European employment law including mandatory benefits and time off.
Coordination of candidate relocation, on-boarding and temporary and long term housing assistance.
Preferred Skills:
Some HR, Onboarding, Employee relations experience strongly preferred
Degree & Years of Experience:
B.S. Degree in a related field is preferred
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel to contract location ( estimated 10% of the time)
Additional Information:
Many of the positions are in Germany, UK, Italy and Spain. The selected candidate must be willing to work an occasional/frequent shift schedule as needed to accommodate time differences.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
