Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will be a Subject Matter Expert for strategic planning for the Chemical and Biological Defense (CBD) Medical program to support the integration of Defense Department efforts related to science & technology, advanced development, test and evaluation, and programming and budgeting. The requirement supports the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Programs, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs (ODASD NCB/CBD).
The position supports the highest-level officers within the Department of Defense who shape the CBRN strategy and revise it over time, with execution for tactical decisions in support of carrying out the strategy.
The Senior Program Analyst will develop and propose solutions to critical CBD medical problems by creating actionable strategies and implementation plans, and oversightplans that use metricsto enable the DoD to continuously monitor progress, and reallocate resourcesor effort as required to meet government requirements.
The Senior Program Analyst will serve as a subject matter expert on the CBD Medical Program, with special focus on the relationships between DoD and interagency partners, and the collaborations needed for effective supportof the National Security Strategy and the military. The analyst will provide technicalsupport to facilitate government oversight, coordination, and integration of the CB defense medical countermeasure programs among the Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) Office, the JointScience and Technical Office (JSTO),the Test and Evaluation Officefor the CBDP,and the JointRequirements Office (JRO).
The Senior Program Analyst will assess CBD medicalcountermeasures productdevelopment through interaction with Science & Technology and Advanced Development stakeholders. The individual will support OASD(NCB/CB) government leads at interagency or professional meetings. Providetechnical support to facilitate government oversight, coordination, and integration of initiatives on medically related issues and programsthat involve the international community. Understand the International Conference on Harmonization of Technical Requirements for Registration of Pharmaceuticals for Human Use which bringstogether the regulatory authorities of Europe,Japan and the United States.
The Senior Program Analyst will provide supportto government leads on biosurveillance strategies, assessments and initiatives. Provide support to government leads on interagency diagnostics collaborations, discussions and initiatives. The individual will analyze, assess and recommendapproaches to supportmedical countermeasure development by reviewing technicaldocuments and scientific proposals.
This position requires strong medical program analysis skills, attention to detail, positive professional attitude, and ability to work in a team environment. Requires the abilityto communicate well orallyand in writing, particularly in the preparation of technicaldocuments and briefings. Requires the ability to use, with ease, commonoffice software, includingword processors, spreadsheets, presentation and Microsoft (MS) word, MS excel, and MS PowerPoint.
Work location is in Arlington, VA. Occasional travel may be required both within and outside of the National Capitol Region.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors? Degree
Active TS SCI clearance
Minimum of ten years? experience within one of the components of the Chemical and Biological Defense Program or with an interagency equivalent, two years OSD level experience preferred.
Ability to serve as an action officer for a project manager (schedule meetings, prepare meeting notes and archival documents, tracking deliverables and expenditures, and keeping active logs of technical contacts.
Desired Qualifications:
Two years of OSD level experience.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
