Opportunity Details: Overview:
Seeking a Junior Security Analyst with knowledge and experience to support the requirements set forth in the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM).
The NISPOM describes conditions and rules related to the facility clearance, classification, and eligibility to access to classified informaton and the how to support the clearance process related to NISPOM.
Must have experience and knowledge of how to process facility clearances using NISPOM standards.
Be able to participate in security clearance process teleconference and conduct facility clearance briefings to stakeholders.
Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance,
Responsibilities:
Must have excellent written and communication skills and ability to interact with senior officials, team player
Adjusts rapidly to shifts in priorities and manages multiple tasks simultaneously that may include staff support relating to current operations.
Applies a depth of knowledge, skills, and abilities to research and conducts process analysis and studies.;
Assembles, prepares, and analyzes data in respective business area; presents analysis/data to client in support of statement of work.;
Develop solutions to problems and prepare products according to customer requirements.
Brief analysis results and recommendations to executives, managers, and subject matter experts.;
Organize meetings, compile results and document processes endorsed by the customer and the user community.;
Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.;
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
