Policy Analyst Sr Principal (CWMD) (Job Number:416564)
The contractor shall have working familiarity of and experience with the organizational structures and components involved in the U.S. interagency countering-WMD enterprise; especially the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Staff. The contractor shall demonstrate a working knowledge and thorough understanding of national and international security issues that may impact global threat reduction, WMD proliferation, and international dynamics pertinent to regional and border security.
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and fifteen (15) years or more of related experience; Masters and thirteen (13) years or more experience; PhD or JD and four (4) years or more experience.
The selected candidate must have a minimum of five years of DoD experience and expertise to perform and support the identification, analyses and assessment of partner country regulations, laws, codes, and related legal documents and procedures that impact the requirements and execution of the CTR Program to include those involving construction permitting, import and export of goods. M ust also have at least 3 years of extensive expertise, and in-depth knowledge of and familiarity with the DTRA and DoD Cooperative Threat Reduction (CTR) Program

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
