What You'll Be Doing:
Evolent Health is looking for a Risk Adjustment Operations Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of key projects within the department. The role will also have ownership of specific business processes and reporting functions related to the overall operational and financial performance of the department and vendors.

Evolent Health is looking for a Risk Adjustment Operations Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and implementation of key projects within the department. The role will also have ownership of specific business processes and reporting functions related to the overall operational and financial performance of the department and vendors. This role is located in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
Partners with department business owners, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors on key departmental projects and initiatives. Manages project plans, identifies issues/risks and mitigation strategies, and provides regular status for senior leadership
Establishes processes for reporting and monitoring key operational performance metrics, identifies trends, and works with business owners to develop and implement methods to improve on performance
Develops and monitors metrics related to operating financials of internal department and of vendor performance against contractual requirements
Develops and maintains staffing models across the department. Evaluates membership growth of existing clients and the sales pipeline and their impact on staffing.
Serves as department liaison to the department analytics team on the development and maintenance of operational reports
Partners with department business owners to identify opportunities for process improvements. Develops and manages project plan on execution of those opportunities. Escalates issues requiring resolution or decisions to senior management
Establishes process for managing vendor relationships, including performance to contractual requirements, service level agreements, and financial performance. Performs assessment of vendor performance on a regular basis and partners with risk adjustment team on development and execution of plan to address issues with vendors
Evaluates client statements of work to identify operational risks, partners with business owners to develop and implement strategies to address.
The Experience You Need (Required):
Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
+3 years of experience in risk adjustment or equivalent health plan experience
Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Master Degree in business, healthcare administration, or related degree
PMP certification
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Excel including formula's and pivot tables)

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
