Responsibilities:
About the Opportunity:
The Sr. Producer leads and manages client engagements and is responsible for overall client satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of projects. The ideal candidate is a digitally-savvy, strategic leader who can multi-task and manage a project on both client and internal sides of the fence. You must have an eye for fantastic creative work and be able to identify and sell through innovative ideas to the client.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop an engagement strategy and work with the team and discipline leads to execute it, involving people at the optimal levels for project success and overall account utilization (goals, deliverables, schedule, budget, resources).
Work collaboratively with User Research, User Experience, Creative Design and Technical teams of 5-10 people to guide mobile solution development from concept through the development life-cycle.
Oversee client relationship(s) with responsibility for staffing, client satisfaction, prioritization of all deliverables and ensuring quality of work meets agency standards and client objectives.
Manage account P&L by negotiating statements of work, making sure work is delivered on budget, and invoicing clients according to the proper terms.
Think quickly under pressure, as well as motivate and engage the team to produce the best possible results.
Qualifications:
Education and Years of Experience:
Bachelor degree.
7+ years in the industry or related experience, developing mobile and interactive projects, including managing creative teams.
Demonstrated experience leading successful client engagements, preferably on mobile projects.
Strong knowledge of agile and hybrid development technologies for integrated mobile solutions. Knowledge of quality assurance process is required.
Experience with various projects types, including mobile, web, video, brand, marketing campaigns and strategic consulting.
Ability to break down complex problems into steps that drive product development; innate ability to simplify complex and technical concepts and to plan, prioritize and seamlessly integrate all moving parts in order to release high-quality products.
Proven track record of leading and delivering digital products and services on both iOS and Android platforms.
Ability to develop relationships with clients (from project leaders to CEOs) through gaining trust and successful delivery.
Experience managing interdisciplinary teams of 5-15 people.
Ability to define solutions that will generate measurable results for the client.
Excellent negotiation skills (especially contract negotiations) with both clients and partners.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Deep understanding of project management, work flow and infrastructure.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
