Online Associate, Acquisition

The Online Acquisition Associate is responsible for bringing in new business for Snagajob via our online channel. This role will provide ongoing outreach to smaller businesses and franchise groups not currently working with Snagajob to make recommendations on their hiring needs, while providing greater brand awareness in areas where Snagajob hopes to expand our employer population.
This role will work closely with our sales leaders to engage with companies we are actively trying to introduce to Snagajob, while partnering with the sales representative to achieve new booking goals. The Online Acquisition Associate will be tasked with recognizing opportunities to optimize the website experience for targeted customer groups, with the goal of increasing conversion.
What We'll Expect:
Daily outreach to prospective customers to introduce Snagajob and invite to post their positions
Create and pull reports around team tasks, goals and achievements
Understand eCommerce business goals, team member goals and position goals for monthly, quarterly and yearly achievement
Provide ongoing prospect feedback to the Product and Engineering teams. Work closely with the eCommerce product team to provide prospect feedback around the online purchase path to optimize conversion and customer experience
Recognize opportunities for new and creative customer outreach
Be diligent in managing your time to achieve and track necessary tasks and goals
Act as a Snagajob brand advocate through all communication channels
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and 1+ years of B2B sales experience or account management required
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management software systems
Outstanding relationship building experience and communication skills; self-confident, resilient performer with exceptionally strong organization and time management abilities
Highly professional demeanor with an engaging personality
Ability to effectively engage with customers, listen to customer challenges and provide helpful recommendations
Ability to manage challenging or unhappy customers
Strong time management skills; results-driven with an understanding of how this role impacts billings goals

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
