Sales Executive, Enterprise

The Enterprise Sales Executive is responsible for selling Snagajob Software and Marketplace products to prospective customers to some of our country's most recognizable brands. The Sales Executive's goal is to bring new corporate logos/brands on as clients of our company, and meeting or exceeding sales bookings targets. This position is vital to the overall company mission and offers a highly rewarding opportunity for a candidate with proven B2B experience, consultative sales skills and is driven to succeed.
What We'll Expect:
Customer Engagement:
Identify, contact and build relationships with prospects and clients with Key Enterprise accounts
Manage to monthly outbound call targets with both warm and cold leads
Execute weekly prospecting calls to collect relevant information about the client and their needs with objective to schedule weekly discovery calls and/or live discovery meetings
Conduct discovery calls to assess scope of need and competitors or obstacles to the sale
Become a industry expert for your defined vertical
Through a highly consultative sale, present SAJ capabilities with a focus on on our Talent Management software.
Teach key insights and act as a trusted advisor to our prospective clients, and tailor messaging and insight to the specific needs of each client situation
Create individual plans of action to move prospects from offer thru negotiation until close
Demonstrate poise, maturity and judgment in customer facing and internal interactions
Demonstrate customer obsession. In every interaction.
Sales Process Management:
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Research the organizational structure, business objectives and recruiting needs of roughly 200 key accounts.
Create tools, resources and presentation materials to facilitate the internal sale of our work to stakeholders
Provide the "voice of the market" to our product design staff to ensure our new products meet the needs of both current and future customers
Act as the "Sales Quarterback" for large cross team opportunities coordinating internal resources
Work closely with Client Executives to ensure successful handoff and execution of annual contracts
Collaborate with internal divisions such as Marketing, Accounting, Product Development, Professional Services
Adept at all of the follow up processes and innovative techniques for engaging prospects outside of live interactions
Share knowledge and experiences with fellow team members and contribute to organizational success
Work in partnership with Inside Sales Representative to hit key activity metrics to build pipeline
Coach and train Inside Sales Representative to ensure he/she embodies company mission, vision, values and is current on key messaging to bring to market
Accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline report

What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university and minimum of 6 years of B2B sales experience meeting or exceeding goals
Proven track record of c-suite sales in either Human Resources industry or for a SaaS-based company
Innovative problem solver who works independently, as well as part of a team
Proven track record of tenacity and "intrepreneurialism"
Passion for prospecting and making cold and warm calls to prospective clients
Outstanding relationship building experience and communication skills
Exceptionally strong organization and time management skills
A positive can-do attitude and self starter
Highly professional demeanor with engaging personality
Some travel to client sites and other offices required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
