Evaluation Specialist 1

Mandatory Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills):
Experience in evaluation design and delivery in the educational context and/or experience using qualitative and quantitative methods in social science research.
Native or near-native proficiency in English.
Ability to speak and write clearly on topics related to evaluation.
Desired Qualifications (Education, Certifications, Experience, Skills):
MA/MS or Ph.D., or foreign equivalent degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience designing and delivering evaluation-related training to educators preferred.
Experience teaching or researching adult learners of foreign languages valued.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
