Position Summary
In support of the regional HR Business Partner team, the HR Delivery Partner is responsible for providing a full suite of HR support across a large segment of the business. The primary accountability of the role is to ensure that HR programs are implemented consistently, effectively and in keeping with global standards across the business groups supported and to ensure adherence to polices, practices and applicable legislation and regulations. The Delivery Partner will also lead the implementation of other critical people initiatives to drive and support profitable business growth and operate in alignment with the company values, the initiatives of the Business Region and the global HR organization.

+ Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations

? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or related field required preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification a strong asset
? Professional with 5+ years HR experience preferred
? Ability to work as a collaborative member of a strong HR team
? Demonstrated generalist expertise in HR supporting leaders and large business groups preferred.
? Results oriented, services focused human resource professional with a verifiable track record for adding value, organization and superior performance and results to overall operations required
? California Employment Law required
? Keen desire to learn and grow within the Company
? Superior code of conduct surrounding maintenance of strict confidentiality of client, company and personnel information.
? Possess strong judgment and a bias for action.
? Proficient in using Microsoft office programs (e.g. MS Work, PowerPoint, Excel) and Outlook
? Demonstrates aptitude and savvy in learning new programs and using new technology
? Demonstrates a strong commitment to the mission and values of the organization.
? Project and time management skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
