What You?ll Be Doing:
Approximately 60% of the activityaccountability will focus on Role Modeling and Leadership Support for the clinical pharmacy team. This entails:
Role model best practice pop healthpatient careclinical pharmacy service delivery including providing coverage in times of need
Work closely with other pharmacy leadership to develop and implement clinical strategy
Take ownership of and participate in additional projects
Make positive impacts to the team and broader clinical group
Constant evaluation of opportunities to move the role and team in a positive direction
Drive team and individual direct reports? performance
Demonstrate value of pharmacist contributions to the Evolent clinical model
Maintain responsibilities for utilization management services while providing leadership to the team
Assist in development and lead the execution of clinical pharmacy programs and initiatives including those for Pharmacy Program Support, Patient Care, Provider Support and Care Management Collaboration
Approximately 40% will be based on SupervisingPeople Management which consists of:
Day-to-day management of a team (4-12) of clinical pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
Performance management and ongoing feedback and mentoring
TimeExpense reviewapproval
Recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training new team members
Provide guidance, motivation, leadership to direct reports


The Experience You Need (Required):
Pharmacy doctorate degree
A minimum of 5 years clinical practice experience
A minimum of 3 years management experience
Current active pharmacy license in good standing in at least one state


Finishing Touches (Preferred):
Board certification (either Pharmacotherapy (US-BCPS) or Ambulatory care (US-BCACP)
Certified patient educator (e.g., Diabetes, Asthma)
Health plan or PBM clinical pharmacy experience (1-3 years)
Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
